In terms of ATF/DEA I agree. But the USMS and HSI are literally reconverting dozens of human trafficking victims per week. We need strict enforcement on our federal agencies with directly drawn lines as to the extent of their powers. The framers gave the government quite a bit of power, and I think just over the last 40 years we’ve seen the tipping point as to where they’re headed. The hardest part of this is knowing that we have such little recourse outside of chaos and lawlessness. People like to talk about “watering the tree with tyrants blood” etc, and obviously the vast majority are grown men who have no idea how to clear a weapons malfunction… But even the idea of that seems to not sink in with a lot of people. If we get to the point where we’re organizing against our own government, the amount of opportunists mixed with infighting is going to create the catalyst for the end of this nation in a very, very bloody way. I’ve grown pretty disgruntled after serving this country and seeing where it’s going both socially and economically. I’m willing and able to “go”, I just fear the aftermath.

That is because nobody lets them answer. Basically, there is a rule when testifying to define terms. Any witness knows that to avoid confusion or a perjury charge, you have to define terms. Matt does not let someone answer. He tries to ask misleading questions which make people look evasive when they are not. He does this by asking questions which assume facts that the witness disputes. This forces the witness to be unable to answer the question directly. An example of this strategy applied to a DWI trial: "Sir, are you a little drunk or very drunk right now?" "I'm not drunk at all." "You are refusing to answer. All I want to know is if you were very drunk or just a bit drunk."

A lot of guns go missing in federal cases. It seems that when the accused are found No guilty, or innocent some people never get their guns back. ATF or FBI miss place the guns. Or they have cleaned the guns in drain cleaner, set them in a room with humidifiers. After a year or two the civil suit, the ATF or FBI need to go out and buy the owner new guns, and ammunition.
