NCAA does not take a stand on their trans policies because they are covering their butts and they do not want to lose their jobs. They are willing to sacrifice the majority of athletes for the sake of a few trans individuals. Is it fair for trans Thomas, a 6'4 man, to compete in swimming against weaker and smaller female swimmers? I am a senior at the end of my earthly journey and I have never seen so much foolishness and politics on the LTGB question.

I like Kennedy, but I have to disagree with him here. Baker clearly said his hands are tied because of the courts. This has already gone to court and they lost. He cqn agree with Kennedy, but nothing can change until the law does. He even offered to help set some legislation.

Not true. No federal court has ruled against the NCAA specifically on this issue. He’s referencing other rulings. So, while I agree that if it came to that a federal court might rule against the NCAA on this, it hasn’t happened yet.
