It's true that each and every person has certain inalienable rights and protections under the constitution... until proven guilty of or providing a confession. Even then he will have his day in court, a speedy and impartial trial by a jury of his peers is guaranteed. Having said that whoever it was that committed the cold blooded execution of an unarmed innocent man caught on camera, is probably guilty of premeditated homicide. If Luigi's manifesto is connected to a conviction, that will elevate the crime and consequential sentence.
