Clearly the majority of people in the comments enjoy air-conditioning and don't work outdoors. For us individuals who do outside work, it's unusually extremely hot early in the year in Socal. We entirely skipped "June Gloom" and went straight to the typical heat of April and May, etc. I get the "summer" argument, but, as someone who works outdoors for a living, this isn't a typical "summer."

😢.. I did two years in a Texas prison for a probation violation I didn't want to be on probation anymore... I remember living in a cell commissary only allows you to buy two fans but it only circulates the hot air... I used to flood my cell using toilet water at least 3 inches and lay on top of it to keep cool . Without the guards knowing... It worked but we are talking about Texas summer heat 127 degrees heat index.. all the prison does is give you ice water but that's it you stay in your cell
