Its not very clear cut on their website. They'd rather you "try a demo", and such. But eventually I did get to find a result in a broader search that it can be around 7-11'000. Now these accounts can be shared, so 37 subs might be more like the benefit of 100 people, but still holy heck that's pretty extreme. The reason the 37 subscriptions cost $500k is two reasons: 1. It's how the shadow government manipulates news agencies for pushing false information such as 'right is bad' and 'left is good'. 2. It's also done because many departments would be shutdown if their expenses are not high enough and also increasing in spending. For example my brother who worked at a university learned the universities are given money from government every year... and if they don't spend all the money then the government stops the money thus universities wastefully spend money.
