Which SPECIFICALLY Violates SCOTUS Case Law : 1964 Sullivan vs US Even IF somebody theatens or is violent to such officials at a Public meeting... It would be 100% a LOCAL Police matter. SCOTUS was VERY clear that NO Federal Agencies have ANY Jurisdiction. Local Police would need to INVITE them, if they couldn't handle things. SCOTUS Ruled that : " A robust dialog is essential to a democratic Society" That Citizens are under NO obligation to " be nice" to officials at Public Meetings. - # 2 The FBI was proven to have Lied to FISA Court MANY times...
