Tim will will do his magic and bring it back to life. Very excited to see this project completed.

I always love these history videos. Rare cars that escaped here back in the day, now popping up randomly once again. Best thing is the automotive archeology like Tim said and you find out what happened to it since you saw it in a magazine feature or an Option DVD. 😎👍

Wow, Cardo. What a great history lesson on this iconic car... makes me realize how little I know. Very intriguing and interesting chain of events that lead that particular car to where it is today. Tim is a wealth of knowledge and that GTR is clearly in good hands. I am definitely looking forward to a future update on this one. Thanks for the video and have a great day, brother.👊

I saw a Mine's R33 GTR for sale here in Australia for $36000 a few years ago. I should have bought it damn. It had a cage... It might have even been this car

It's the same car, it was on my105.

It is crazy difficult to get information out of the Japanese tuner shops that's for sure, I've run into it myself during my research. But I think it's pretty indisputable evidence you've got, and I can't wait to see how this build comes back to life!! Really enjoyed the breakdown/history/difficulties in this vid :)

Thank you, I thought so as well but as with anything where you’re trying to prove something I wanted to make sure it was as air tight as possible!!

There’s a few I’d love to see in the metal that reside on that side of the pond.

This is all very interesting, because mines had a supra as well in around 95 or something like that and nobody knows where the car is. It was posted on their site and that was the last time it was heard of

Acknowledging the car may be an admission of guilt. Maybe they don't want to hurt relationships they cultivated over the years

The way I see it is it is a mines purchased car only. But Once you have restored or fixed it is no longer a mines car. It’s like taking a car to a shop that’s not known and then putting PAC performance sticker or a maatook sticker or a CRD sticker on the side it’s not the same. You see allot of shops that are always saying make sure you purchase from an authorised dealer so you know your getting the real deal. Mines car once not any more. This is why they are not recognising this car. In my opinion. Cool story and history.

Who did the actual work on the original at Mines? 🤷♂️
@timtrezise2068 Жыл бұрын
@seanprice7645 the point of difference being that that car was not actually the Top Secret car, whereas this is the Mine's one.
