You really should try lichbane 2nd vs squishies. Trust me, they so not expect the combo damage. E auto lichbane, q and w empowered by it again. Your rotation does much more burst damage.

I always feel like I should comment on it, because I like people to be informed at this game, even when it feels like I'm mansplaining. But, Naafiri's passive has a cooldown, and it spawns a dog if it's off cooldown and she doesn't have her max amount of dogs. That's why sometimes she spawn a dog instantly after you kill one, but not always

is there any logic to this build? such as liandrys burn continually proccing manamune? or maybe stat efficiency? or just building funny stuff

Basically it makes you do like ~30% Physical dmg. So your Q/E/R will do ~60 extra phys dmg and your W will do like ~90 extra phys dmg depending on their armor. You're probably better off going void staff though.
