If there is action there will be reaction.....But Y did the iron bll doesn't move up when we throw it in the ground...???🤔
@pranatisankar1374
@pranatisankar1374 4 жыл бұрын
It is like how we sit on chair and the chair does not bounce us back. We apply action force on chair and equal reaction force is applied by chair on us. Thus we can sit easily. Likewise the case of iron ball which gets an equal reaction force from ground and remains there still and does not bounce back. Even velocity is an issue here for analysis. We know high mass object has low acceleration, velocity while vice versa. Iron ball is high mass object which has low acceleration. Hence it sticks to ground. It is wrong to think that stuck iron ball on ground is not getting reacted force from ground rather its still position on ground is itself the expression of reactionary force exerted by ground.

4:11 This is not an action and reaction pair.The gravitational force and normal reaction force can never comply with newton's third law of motion because both act on the same object that is, the person. The correct example should be the person applying force on the chair and the chair applying force on the person. It can also be the person applying force on the ground (gravitational force by the person) and the earth applying force on the person (gravitational force by the earth) Although your videos are good yet it was important to correct so that all confusion is avoided. ☺️

Mam when we throw ball downward then the gravitational force supports ball but when it is upward the gravitational force is against the ball. Then why equal force. Ball down+ gravity > ball down- gravity Pls clarify
@junaidmemon7074
@junaidmemon7074 5 жыл бұрын
equal force mean equal in magnitude only, direction is different from magnitude. direction in ur case is up and down while force is just a quantity with unit. like 15 N but 15N in what direction is answer by law which said every action force has reaction in equal magnitude but in opposite direction. hope it clears.

so if earths mass is greater it push ball upwards due to force.then why we said equal force exerted by different bodies (in this case earth and ball) in newton law. and also if we throw ball towards earth it bounce back in reaction in opposite direction why if we throw shoes towards earth they wont bounce back in reaction.
@junaidmemon7074
@junaidmemon7074 5 жыл бұрын
i got its answer my own. shoes and earth are in contact shoes moving towards earth because of gravity force while there is reaction force that called normal force produce by surface helping shoes stay in rest as both forces cancel each other and balance forces keep object in rest. secondly according to newton law acceleration is inversely proportion to mass. the larger the mass the lower acceleration so earth mass is larger so less acceleration happens. while ball is lighter more acceleration happens. i got answers of both of my questions.
