Force 1.0 APP - Assigning Fixture ID #'s (IMPORTANT)

In this video we describe the concept of Fixture ID #'s and how it applies to the operation of the Force 1.0.
Assigning Fixture ID's is an essential part of generating custom DMX Universes that will be loaded onto the Force 1.0.
A Fixture ID is what distinguishes a particular lighting fixture's location within a room/venue/rig from others within your DMX Universe.

Would you say that your product matches the beat detection of a old disco song as good or better than a English Pulsar modulator IV does?

Old school color organ! The bass extraction circuitry on the Force 1.0 uses analog signal conditioning methods that are likely very similar to the Pulsar Modulator IV. However, the pulse extraction block in the Force 1.0 is a very novel analog based conditioning circuit and likely far different from anything in the Pulsar Modulator IV. Of course everything involved with the effects engine is all handled in the digital domain (FW, SW, running on embedded processor platforms and an FPGA)

Thanks man! But what would your box do when encounterd with Madonna 12 thum song Dress you up? In the beginning so to speak? Kan it match the beats or what does your box do? @neostratospey6946 the unit also contains an onboard manual trigger generator and sequencer. So if you don’t won’t to rely on the audio source directly you can always generate the rhythm manually to ensure nothing is every missed.

Hi Travis. You have many options but this is one of the go-to: You can configure your up-lights as “secondary” fixtures. This gives you the option of enabling “wash mode” on the Force 1.0. This results in all secondary fixtures behaving as wash fixtures while all primary fixtures continue to be controlled dynamically with the automated effects generation. Wash mode in this case results in a steady output of light with colors morphing between those being generated by any primary fixtures. At any time you can apply a customized static color to all secondary fixtures while leaving your primary fixtures in blackout or continuing to react to the audio. Hope that gives you an idea.
