Force match balancing can solve tire vibration issues

I had 37" mud tires that others tried to balance. Found a shop with an HD road force balancer and they knew how to use it. They had all the tires balanced in about 2 hours. All vibration is gone now even at high interstate speeds of 80 mph. Bringing my motorhome to get rid of the vibration in its tires.

It is an impressive machine, Andrew did skip to the Force matching screen, this machine will profile the rim and give a very accurate representation of the rim in the balancing screen. I will say its darn tough to pull this same training scenario with a live class, so many things that will cause a variations and outcomes will vary. This machine will reduce the roadforce.

Impressive machine, I'll locate one near me. BTW, the loosey goosey apron might be great in a machine shop, but I don't like the apron flapping anywhere near that rotating wheel! Nothing wrong with overalls/union suits.

Can your wheel balance equipment do 19.5 tires ?

Initially the wheel was tagged as a passenger wheel (see bottom left of screen on initial spin), after repositioning the tire on the wheel it was selected has a LT assembly, my guess for the road force to be in the “green” . Isn’t there really an issue with the tire in this case?

Yes! Every shop I ask about Road Force wheel balance they all act like I'm speaking a foreign language 😅 Some say idk what that is lol The saving grace is Discount Tire! Idk why this isn't standard practice for every shop it's a no brainer. Happy customer job done right the first time duh! Lol

I got this done at my dealership and they said my tires can't balance because the tires are 6/32. Is that right? You can't balance tires with thread life at 6/32?

Perhaps this is why America's Tire / Discount Tire and other Tire stores do not incorporate mechanical services and strictly sell and work on different tire procedures. Walmart tries to provide a short list of preventative maintenance style services, but they likely will need to shorten the list with all of the added complexities that the automotive manufacturers are now incorporating. Every year, new sensors are being interfaced and its a lot to ask of a lube & battery technician to know how to enter radio codes for all manufacturers that Americans provide. I'm not saying its impossible, buts a lot for automotive professionals who work on "all" makes and models. It may be the situation where the emergence of specialized vendors to spread the most useful information necessary with respect to a car's new technology. Providing unauthorized and authorized repair service providers expedited contact information and expedited parts procurement is super important to ensure customer satisfaction and any idea of brand loyalty / repeat business.

Maybe I'm retarded but it's started at 18lbs of road force and u were able to lower it to 14lbs which is a difference of 4lbs not 6 to 8lbs. 🤔

The whole video was a waste of time because he didn't really solve anything. The predicted road force was a 2 after matching and he got nowhere close and made it sound like what he accomplished which was really nothing.
