This is brilliant! I wish you could investigate the relationship between vicious Chinese tycoons and Thai authorities in these scam operations too. In a very popular Thai TV show, a Thai survivor of this trafficking was interviewed. According to him, in the area he left for the natural crossing, there were luxurious cars on a well-paved parking lot with a big Thai traditional styled house owned by some Chinese people...I hope this triggered Thai authorities to rush for further investigation and not cover up.

That would be unfortunate if that were the case and should be stopped whomever been involved with illegal activities. But for the most part Thailand has been majorly supported and benefited mutually between China and peoples, ie with trade, extents of those legitimately visiting, living in and working and patronage between each other (Thai integrating within Chinese media/culture, such as some integrated singers (given of two I know of were from Thailand but were mixed Chinese too, but another was full Thai and knew the two languages, done tv programs between), significant amount of tourism etc. Regards

The problem is that a lot of the countries that have the victims sent there do not even want the victims saved because as you can see other high officials are in on it too. Operations as big as this or even drug operations are technically illegal but there is a reason they are able to survive in such big mass. Sad to say but most won’t get rescued. So I will explain it simply. So one gets scammed to Cambodia and they find out it’s a scam. The company will tell them if they want to leave, they scam 5 more people to come and they will let them go. So even if they are let go of which probably won’t happen, they’ve convinced others to come, thus they have a constant flow of workers

In Cambodia, we have an old saying that: if a village ghost is not open to enter, a wild ghost won't dare! Just a direct translation (excuse me for the English), meaning the Cambo gov't just let loose those criminal especially those so called Chinese investors to come in Cambodia, handover the Sihanouk Ville for their dark side or illegal activities! These Chinese junks are building more connections with top ranking gov't officials for their back door safety and protection. Once, you are in, there's no way out, I feel pity for those who were sold and got scammed to work here, against their own wills.
