Sir why did we isolate that particular block what if we do the other one . I am facing problem in understanding tension part of the question

This is actually a shortcut method .If you are not understanding this just draw the free body diagram of each block and then solve the equations. I would recommend you searching up khan academy as well as the organic chemistry tutor.
