I inow you can somewhat easily tell from the video duration, but i would appreciate some sort of indication on the thumbnail. Dangerously Funny for instance puts a little clock with the duration on his. Though i don't know how heavily bounce rate is penalized pn KZbin vs. Low clickthrough (and whether 15 seconds watched counts as a clickthrough). I usually click on them, watch a few seconds, realize it's something i already watched and then leave.
