The best thing about min ilvl is that it forces you to do the mechanics (for the most part) because you'll die to most things more easily with the lowered health pool and you don't have a ton of extra DPS to push phases more quickly. I actually wouldn't recommend it to people who just want to see the content for the story but if you want to get a good challenge out of the content then it's the way to go. Honestly, seeing people progging Coils again after like 6 years was a sight to behold.

Fun fact: When Coils of Bahamut was current content, the strat for the orb in the Second coil was, and I shit you not, sit for 30 minutes to wait for the enrage timer, and then bring three healers because it was easier to *outheal the enrage* than to deal with the normal mechanics. leetle baby game for babies this ain't.
