Ford 8RT/8BA Flathead

This flathead is bored .040 over. It had a broken valve on #2 cylinder which I replaced.

I'd love to see an 8BA Miata swap one day. Just for the S's and G's of it. All that weight would not do handling any favors but it'd be such a head turner just the same.

This motor sold on eBay and was shipped to Norway to be installed in a 1936 Ford Coupe.
