Older video, but can I PLEASE get more details on how you did the side Broncos badge and grille emblem in Orange+black. Did you start with some sort of orange overland and add a black vinyl decal, or was paint involved? If paint was involved, what exact color/brand of paint was used? That’s very nice the apex edition on this badlands. What will you do with the spring suspension that was taking out? Are you going to sell it? Can I replace my spring suspension on my outer banks? Using those suspension form the badlands?let me know. Akins dealership is the best.

Thank you. No, we do not change the gear sets. Doing the front and rear differentials is quite expenses and would only really benefit the vehicle if it was used primarily for off-reading or crawling, which is a very small percentage of our customers.

love the final product, but why get a badlands just to pull out the suspension to install an inferior shock? Seems like this would have been better done on an outerbanks or other model.

Doesnt the badlands have lockers with lower gearing? Its absolutely crucial to have the lowest gears with these broncos otherwise they are pigs but id never put 4wp anything on a vehicle I care about

@@mattbrew11 You can order the bronco with pretty low gears, and ordering a sasquatch is probably best and then adding a small spacer lift and 37s IMO. Only way that replacing these coilovers would be better is with a big set of kinds or fox remote res coilovers, not a plain old set from a no name brand

We have plans for the bilsteins to go on a base bronco build and we really wanted this badlands to get 37s with the exterior orange paint. We don’t see a big drop off in ride quality with the 4WP Coilover.

David, how do the 37's run with the 4.46 gearing? Mainly highway driving? Does it feel like it's lagging or trying to gear up? I ordered the Big Bend with the 4.27 gears and want 37's but a little skeptical. Thanks for the great video, I've been waiting for this one!

Both will be fine with a 10 speed but if you go 37s, 4.46 will give you better 0-60 and with big tires, Id run the 2.7 with premium fuel and a tune for max tq.

Does the skinny fender extensions mean you skipped the Sas package? It seems you want the Sas package for the front and rear lockers. Is the stripe your own, or a Ford option? Sweet build!

Yeah, they cheaped out and didn’t get the Sas package. They’re going to strip the expensive HOSs suspension off it anyway to add to base model garbage units to then jack up those vehicles’ prices. They “upgrade” these with the junky 4WP 3” lift kit and jack up the price $25k. It’s a neat scheme they have.

I'm putting the Sasquatch fender flares on so maybe the -12mm offset if they stick out further? IDK confusing
