Does it make any rattling noise while driving and does it ever fall off hitting a good bump?

No the magnets are strong. I do remove the light bar when I go off road just encase it was to drop. Being able to take the light bar with you and put back into place as needed is unbeatable.

I only charge it once per week and I use it around 30 mins a day.
