I love the gap on the side! it fits quarts of motor oil and brake fluid perfectly. You just stuff them in and they stay put.

I wish there were more items like this for the Gladiator. 👍🏻

Hmm great question. I'll go out and measure the height of the drawer. Ok, I'm back. The height of the drawer is 9 inches. I've never removed the doors and stored them in the back area. But, hopefully this number will help you out!

Do you think this would work with the deep sleep mattress they sell for the four door? And do you think it could support a person laying on it if so?
@NorthwestBronco2 ай бұрын
I'm not sure about the mattress. Doubt it. You have have to build something to make the entire area flat. Can can put more weight than the rated 50 pounds. I'm 240 and climb on it now and then. For sleeping, you would be good with you legs on it. Hope this helps!

Great video. QUESTION: With the rear seats down and the height of the drawer, does it create a level flat surface? I have a dog crate to put in the back and I am hoping the drawer height matches the seat height when seats are folded. Thank you.
@NorthwestBronco7 ай бұрын
Unfortunately not. That would have to be a custom plywood build.

Do you know how to get the drawer out? I purchased my bronco raptor with the unit in the back and we can’t figure out how to get the darn drawer out? Not that I really need to but whoever installed the darn thing left the jack in the compartment and apparently you supposed to be able to pull the drawer to get the jack out not that I need the jack because I will use a bottle jack but it would be nice if I could get the darn thing out ? There’s is real thin plastic tab/lever that move up and down but they’re so thin they feel like they’re going to snap I don’t even know if that’s how you remove it but could not figure it out. Thank you for the review👍👍👍👍👍👍

Thank you for the question and kind words. Both sides have those plastic tabs. They work like removing a kitchen drawer. One tab goes up and the other goes down. I don't know of any trick, I'm not a gentleman about it...just a few fast jolts out on the drawer and it will come out. Normally there's a few choice words involved at the same time. Let me know how it goes!

@@NorthwestBronco thank you I appreciate that I was concerned I thought I’d break those plastic tabs especially if I yanked hard I will try that😊👍👍👍

Do you hear a bunch of stuff rattling inside when you are driving? Thanks
@NorthwestBronco2 ай бұрын
After hundreds of miles of washboard road driving, I can say no. BUT it's packed tight so there's not much room for flopping gear. Also, I keep all metal pieces separated. Hope this helps!

With the drawer installed, can you still pop the front two hard top panels off and store them vertically in their bags against the back seats? Would they still fit "height wise"?
@NorthwestBronco4 ай бұрын
I'm not sure, but the height of the drawer is 9". Hopefully that helps you a bit.

Could you put a rail on top of it for the fridge? Or do you find it unnecessary when reaching for stuff in your fridge?
@NorthwestBronco4 ай бұрын
@@dwightk.schruteiii8454 I had a fridge slider screwed on it. But it rattled too bad. Now I just strap the fridge down. The fridge opens just fine. Hope this helps!

@@NorthwestBronco Great! Ty! But how tall are you. Was it annoying reach over into the fridge?
@NorthwestBronco4 ай бұрын
@@dwightk.schruteiii8454 I'm 6' 4". Not really, but I'm not doing camp cooking for the most part. Mainly haul large bottles of water with a few food items scattered in. Either I'm used to it, or it's not that bad ;)
