I live in metro Vancouver. Everyone I know has to drive 20-30 kms into the city to work. There is no other option but pay the tax. Justin and his government are disconnected from reality.

Grocery stores are making record profits. Jacked up prices because of supply chain issues they said but now that the issue is resolved the prices stay jacked up. Its what private companies do. We could cut taxes but then who pays the doctors, police, teachers etc. Either way we lose.

The climate has been evolving and changing since the beginning of time regardless of human envolment! We are carbon-based life forms as is all life on earth. Without it, all plant life on earth dies. Let’s talk inflation. Start with a cucumber seed which is packaged and shipped to greenhouse carbon and GST tax included. Now plant it, soil arrived with carbon tax. Water pumped through lines that are taxed. Now add labour, heat , transportation to the heated stores. When it gets to your plate it has been taxed how many times? That’s just one cucumber. Try billions of dollars worth of products and goods that enter your home and work place. The list is endless.
