Ford E Series Van - Install sliding door extension

If your van is older, I recommend replacing the door latch above the slider! If it goes bad like mine did, you will end up with a 3 inch gap because the latch will not engage. I had to remove the 3 screws holding the latch, force the Lach farther into the door so it could close and then tape the door shut while waiting to get the $70 part. The door when taped will still lock

About to pull the trigger on a 2007 Ford E350 Extended Passenger van in Gray. Can't wait to lift it and get bigger tires on it. Looks like I'll need to do this as well since it has the sliding door. Any idea when the Ocotillo Cruiser lift kit will be available? I'd do the Baja, but I've never welded in my life so not sure I would want to tackle something like that. Love all the videos and appreciate all the support you give your customers.

Thanks for the video, I've been trying to find out how to adjust my 2006 E250 sliding door. It's not aligning right, it's been dropping over the last couple years. Hope it just needs an adjustment. Peace from Virginia!
