If you are pulling this alarm fuse because it is randomly going off, your problem is a failing door switch. The switch that senses when the door is shut. When it starts to fail, it thinks someone is trying to open the door when the alarm is armed. Replace the switch. In most cases, it is the driver door because it is the most used, but may be another door.

Hey guys. I have a 2011 Ford Edge that battery dies next morning. If I pull fuse for alarm with that effect me locking unlocking doors? Thanks

To permanently disable the alarm, can you just leave the fuse out? I no longer want the alarm to go off, ever.

I have a 2008 Ford Edge. I’ve only had it a couple of days but I’ve noticed sometimes the radio lights will dim and the horn/ alarm beep will be weak. It doesn’t do it all the time. I took it to my local auto zone and had them test the battery, starter, and alternator. They are all good. Any possible ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'm about to pull this fuse to "fix" my random alarm problem.

Curious how you made out with this? What alarm problem were you having?

@@mygt8a4re It goes off randomly. So far my fix is to not turn on the alarm, I just leave my doors unlocked and put a Club on the steering wheel that I've owned since the 90's.

@apb38 thanks for the response. From my understanding, the cause is either one of the door close switches or the hood latch switch. A scan tool can read the error and pin point the exact switch. It can then be replaced. Best of luck to you!
