I was told I have a computer issue I am hoping it's only a fuse.my car has been acting very weird like starting without the key in the ignition Or I have electric start and thought it at be my key fob thing but put a new battery in that still the same issue I though my radio had a short in it but now they tell me it's the computer so I really don't know for sure I just spent 1300.in the car getting the power steering fixed can anyone give me any ideas if they think it's a fuse or my key fob or computer?

I have a 2000 Ford edge we replaced the ignition in the car not the part you put the key in but the big round black box on the opposite side under the steering wheel that you take off afterwards my engine light keeps blinking reading a misfire I can take it for a long distance it runs fine however if I turn it off and get back in it saying 15 to 20 minutes it will not run right any solutions to this problem it has to have something to do with the car reading something wrong! HELP PLEASE
