it ticks me off you need a special tool just to replace a fuel filter .
@JunkworksGarage5 жыл бұрын
true but its less than $10 and you will save that the first time you do it yourself

@@JunkworksGarage I cut the end off an old steel hose clamp , rounded it to needed diameter, and used pliers and a screwdriver to insert it, works good .

what I didn't see was how long it took to get the line disconnected. You cut the video when you put the tool in then showed you taking it off. How much time did it take to do that, I hear it could be a bitch to get off.

it didn't take long i just didn't want to get gas on my camera it just pulled apart and made a mess

i just purchased a 95 explorer. have a fuel leak and gauge is fluctuating. any suggestions?
@JunkworksGarage5 жыл бұрын
you probably have a hole in the line witch is sucking air in but i would not drive it till you find the leak

So you need a special tool to change a fuel filter? Seriously? Is there any other way without that tool?
@JunkworksGarage7 ай бұрын
probably but the tool was so cheap it wouldn't be worth the aggravation
