Someone either tried to vandalize, brake in, or was trying to steel some needed parts off my 2013 F150 one night.
Anyway, I ordered the needed parts from a Ford Dealer on Ebay, since it was cheaper then getting the parts from my local Ford dealer. I was all set to replace them. They were easy enough to remove. I parked my truck so the sun could bake the left side to loosen the two sided tape. There are two push pins on each panel. One top, one bottom, and a strip of 3m tape along each side of the panel. I gently stuck a plastic tool in from the top, and popped the upper pin. Then I stuck the tool into the side to pop the lower pin. Then pulled the molding out starting from the top down, since the bottom of the trim sits under the window sill lip molding. It came off pretty easy after sitting in the sun. I then cleaned the tape residue with “GOO GONE”. Washed it, then cleaned the entire door post with “alcohol”. The video starts from after the clean-up, since I already had the moldings off before I went to look for a video. There was none for my year, and 2015 up was different.
Originally, I thought this would only cover 2009-2014 F-150. But when I checked the part numbers, the part fits 2006-2014. So this procedure works for all these years.
I hope this helps those that need to change out there B-Pillar moldings.

And God Bless the United States of America.
Thanks for watching, and God Bless.
