Looks good mate. Im doing mine at the moe, well doing the back bits first, puting off doing the front as the front grills look like a ball ache as you know. Lol

Thanks mate! I done the rears in the summer as a lot easier and a bit of practice lol it’s not as bad as you think but like I say the prep is key and sanding the grills is boring lol

Looks like you did a good job. I've tried this on previous cars and so much time and effort I am going to a body shop with my ST150. Be cool to hear your thoughts on what I've done up to now. Andy

Thanks Andy, I will never do it again as the finish will never beat a body shop haha. I have been watching your vids and they are quality, nice touches you are doing to the car and you are not afraid to get stuck in and make some ballsy moves like fitting those seats!

Did you/do you need to take the whole front bumper off to get to the lower grille?

No mate it unclips in 1 section (middle) then a couple of screws holds the surround in

DJ...Front bumper from the ST..Does it fit directly on to a standard Mk 6 zetec, 56 reg..?

@@DJLloydy 😂🤣. Might have to delay that then. Really want to paint those plastics gloss black. On the zetec s the door handles, bump strips and rear boot handle and mirror covers are bare plastic not colour coded on the ST so might get them colour coded. Front plastics might do gloss black

You should give it a go mate! My mate had a zetec s and he done all the bump strips etc, he never tackled the front and rear grills though lol or look for the bump strips colour coded already maybe so you only have to worry about the gloss black parts. I must admit it transforms the car especially my shit box lol
