@GreaterBallsOfSteel Of course you can. You simple enter the secret menu, you press the little black button until you reach the speedometer and then you drive normally. The secret menu remains until you turn off the ignition. ;)

@bor15 as you can see there is a small black button on the left side of the dashboard. You push it , before you turn the ignition on , and you keep pushing until you see the message "test"....From that point on its very simple! look the video again if you dont understand something....hope i helped! :)

Just went outside and tried this on my car! MASSIVELY increased my performance, I went from 0 - 1000 kph in about 9 seconds! Incredible! And by that I mean that the digital speedo is really hard to read :P Quite cool using this trick though, even if I have no idea what most of the screens are for. Thanks for sharing :)

i have a similar model of fiesta. the instructions manual tell about a temperature motor indicator but there isn't in the display. is it?

hold down the button on the left indicator stick and turn the ignition twice until the electrics turn on. Job done. Diagnostic test

Its not a secret menu.. its the dash pod self test menu.. it tells you in the handbook.. you have read the handbook..!!

I heard that the fiesta has no temp. gauge, but it doesn't even have a light that goes on when the engine is 'cold', then 'warm' and maybe 'too hot' ?

It has a digital temp gauge in my 2016 model... right below the odometer / trip meter

please help!!!! I cannot access this menu. I've tried too with the car off, on, doors closed... open... everything. anyways, I am kind of she'll shocked when it comes to my vehicle over heating. due to my first car having a terrible over heating issue. I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta, and obviously do not have a temp gauge, I cannot access the menu... I do believe my LED indicators work, my blue brights indicator turns on when I turn on my brights, I have a yellow exclamation point because I do have a tire sensor out... will my thermostat indicator turns on if my engine ever over heats? I'm just shell shocked and a bit paranoid because I heard my radiator fans on today and I know that's normal, but me being me, it scared me and reminded me of my older vehicle... I just bought the car used, from a small dealer. 79k miles, good ride, engine nice and quiet... but I'm still paranoid. someone help me please...

please help... my Ford Fiesta doesn't run this test when I hold down that button on the dash!!!! I have that SYNC option... could I run a test with that? I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta SES. it's a push start and I just purchased this vehicle... runs great... I'm changing the oil tomorrow, I want to have the comfort of being able to make sure I can check my engine temperature if need be... please help!

Nein, da kein Sensor dafür verbaut. Kann man aber nachrüsten und dann per OBD auslesen und zB auf dem Handy sehen.

@@wilhelm0022 the fiestas mk7 pre facelift (2008- early 2012) which were factory equipped with ESP have an ESP OFF button The facelift models have ESP but require you to purchase the button first to deactivate

Nara Petmese not reset, you just enter the hidden menu to watch all the variables or just make a diagnosis check of the cluster

I think your all missing the Point. This is no secret....Its just a test screen which is on all modern cars with digital dials/gauges.
