Great video. I was getting ready to have to change a fan, found this, and sure enough. It was the fuse. 5$. 5 minutes. :)

Thanks a lot! ---- suggestion , how about a video on testing (first) - and changing the Coolant temperature sensor (if circuit not turning on with hotter water) . *This trips solenoid(relay) to turn on engine radiator fan circuit. (fuse is 'breaker' for it).

My 2016 Fiesta ST has cooked two of the radiator fan relays. Hot SoCal weather, AC and stuck in traffic both times. How would I test the radiator fan? Seems like the car should be able to deal with these conditions. Makes me wonder if there is a problem with the fan, is it drawing too many amps for the relay to handle.

How are you suppose to test the relay to see if it's good or bad ?

Went to Automotive store to replace 30 amp. There were two different sizes. Would they both fit?

What you failed to say is how to tell if the relay needs replacement?? How to test it?

Swap it with another relay with something else. If it works and the other system doesn't work then you know it's bad

most likely not, Usually you just have to check them yourself

I got "15 sfe Eco boost SE 1.0 3-cyl. Fan works but after driving it to operate tempurture and turn car off and the engine fan runs for few minutes and it turns off. But it Overheats after 5-mins of driving? I turn heat on full blast and barely going it starts going back to 4-bars normal but that's in 88`\95' degrees outside and I have to keep window down and heat on full blast all the time. Any help on figuring out this problem while my car is overheating I'm wondering if it is a fan relay I bought a thermostat it goes under the driver side under it goes under the alternator on the passenger side I have to take serpentine belt off I have not done that yet because I have to go to a friend's that's got a garage I can't do it in the parking lot where I live but if I don't have to change the thermostat if it may be a fan relays or something else. Anything I tired of racking my brain. In the car takes to thermostats. First car I've ever knew of that took
