That's the reverse light bulb,the brake light bulb is the top one.

just changed the exact same bulb but its still not working i switched the bulbs around and it isnt the bulb as they all work when swapped.. dam it..what could it be the connection ? im guessing not the fuse as the top 2 bulbs work just not the bottom one
