City aur highway, dono pe achi performance hai Figo ki. Regular service se suspension will always perform well. BS4 and BS6 engine mostly differs on emission norms. BS6 engines will have better emission and hence less pollution. New equipment will be added to meet the emission norms when BS6 engine comes out and hence will be expensive than BS4. I don't think there will be any major improvement on engine power output and torque. This should help you to decide what you are looking for. Cheers

If you will pull the wiper lever towards yourself then rear washer with fluid will start working

There is no turbo. It has a naturally aspirated petrol engine. Diesel variant gets a Turbo engine

Turbo lag is very well contained in Figo Diesel. Know this, all diesel engines with turbo will show some lag at low rpm. Figo Diesel is the most powerful in it's segment and you are definitely going to enjoy it. High torque will let you navigate smoothly in bumper to bumper traffic. Cheers
