How do you get to the driver side door hinge and window which is behind the silver plate?

If you look closely as he shows the silver panel, you can see black bolts. It looks like those are holding the silver panel on.

Yes, lots of videos on how to remove it but not many (if any) on how to put it back on. Probably because the clips break when it's removed and it never goes back on properly again.
