Hi. I am currently looking to replace my rear ford focus door. If my current door is powered w/o automatic and I replace it with one that does have automatic, would there be any issues?

I have change it yesterday and the new door (from a focus 2013) have no reaction to control ( remote lock) and even windows don't want to go down, and up, and speakers also. I opened the plastic to check the cables inside the door and all good. So I was thinking maybe cause it's different door, my original door cable comes with 6 connectors, the new door have 7 connectors. So the question is, what if I will change the cable from my old door to my new door, will it work? or there is inside some module that works only with original door?
