It should be noted that installing LED lights in a housing meant for halogen bulbs is against US DOT codes and can get you a ticket in most municipalities. If you want to install LEDs you need to have projector style housings. LEDs in halogen (reflector) style housings do not control the out put like a projector and can actually make you a road hazard due to the excessive beam width blinding other drivers. It's not to say that you will get a ticket, but it certainly increases your chances.

I tinted my headlights a while back and can say to anyone else who is thinking about tinting their heads led’s are a must. While it’s still not “as bright” as I’d like it makes it much better and a bit easier to see at night.

Seeing the professional tests on all the available LED bulbs, the best top 4 are: GTR Ultra 2 S-V.4 (Not the Supernova knockoffs) SNGL SH55u2 Diode Dynamics SL-1 Cheap $50 bulbs won't be as bright, won't have a factory quality beam pattern, but instead blind oncoming drivers, and have a short lifespan due to insufficient cooling ability. Sure they'll look white, but produce a low quality light that scatters instead of being focused only where you need it most. Pay more for better bulbs, the others are 66 to 75% less for a reason and after these four, there is a HUGE drop in quality for the rest of the LED bulbs made.

yoooooo there's a fix but it's kind of annoying and only works if you have the keyfob on you. As you close the door there are sensors where you can lay the keyfob on as you close the door and it doesn't beep at you.

Just did this to my headlights and fog lights. I got switchback light for my fogs. Goes from bright white to yellow fogs by clicking the fog lights off then on. To switch back you hit them off again and then on and they go white again.

REFLECTOR housings are NOT compatible with LED bulbs. ONLY PROJECTOR housings play nice with LEDs!

Have you Dyno'd this car yet? I'm curious how much power it's putting down? My 2013 Focus ST is only stage 1: filter, cold air intake, Cat-Back exhaust, rear motor mount and a stage 1 93 octane tune from a Cobb accessport. Huge difference compared to stock. Love the videos dude!

I’m stage 2+ right now, and when I was on my stage 1 map from Stratfied. I was making more torque than horsepower, but if I were to guess, maybe like a few more horsepower than stock since I have a catback exhaust. The air filter doesn’t add any power, just better air flow and more turbo noise.

I've read that the stock intake is just as good as any aftermarket one, and you get literally no gain from an intake. All you need to do is get a high flow filter like a k&n. No need for the intake tube.

Yeah this vid is for ST1. The housing for the ST2 and 3 is different because they use HID.

You need a "can buss decoder" (resistor pak), the LEDs are not enough load for the system.

So how do I do this. I got some LEDs installed in my headlights and my installer said there was no need. He said to leave the stock height. But when I drive it does shine signs bright which I feel it might be projecting a little high even though when I stand infron of the car with the lights on it doesn't seem like it

@@c-los918 on my 2018 I had to use a large long phillips head screwdriver that will adjust the headlight. if you look on the top of the head light housing at the back with a flashlight you will see it down a slot on the back of the housing. Or since they are easy to remove from the car, remove it and then you can get a good look for the adjuster.
