Hi, I've got mondeo 2.5L 125kW Ghia with RS kit, it looks like ST200. Even if it's not ST200 it has great chassis and breaks. I enjoy every ride. I have Mondeo MkII for ordinary riding and I want ST200 for pleasure

@topgear1507 Both versions are the same in engine, but the ST24 had a sportier suspension setup, and half-leather sports bucket-seats, as well as the RS Appearance bodykit. The ST24 was kwown in the US as Contour SE.

ST200 - upgrades engine: 205 PS/151kw suspension: -30mm lower, stronger springs exhaust system: duplex exhaust clutch: sport clutch interior - seats, dashboard, and finaly the value/price year 2000 ST24 V6 ..... 19-20000 GBP ST200 V6 ..... 24-26000 GBP

@curancho It's up to personal tastes, but I think the ST200 looks more sophisticated. The Contour SVT had 7hp less power and I think was heavier.

My dad got the estate mk2 for free and is planning to pump it up to around 700bhp. If you think he can’t then I’d like you to know that he came up with the designs for the Stuart mead mini. 😁

Exactly the same specs apart from the mondeo looks different from the contour anyway. Same 200bhp 149Kw 5 speed V6 Leather interior. Wider wheels. Sporty bodykit etc.
