Ford Speedometer Gauge Stuck-Quick Fix

Has your analog/gauge speedometer ever gotten stuck? Luckily the solution takes about 30 seconds of your time-here’s how!
Step 1: Vehicle is off
Step 2: Hold Down the ‘OK’ button and continue holding it down through step 3&4
Step 3: Turn the key to ‘On’ while continuing to hold the OK button, do not start the truck.
Step 4: The screen will say Engineering Mode then it will say Gauge Test-release the OK button when it says gauge test.
Step 5: After the gauge test is performed turn the key off
Step 6: Start the vehicle
All gauges should be returned to normal
There are multiple functions of the Engineering Mode, if you want to explore them just keep hitting the OK button after the gauge test is completed.

Have a 2012 3.5 4X4 it was stuck on 60 and it took about 7 or 8 times but it went back to zero, THANKS!!

This worked but only for a few hours I’ve done it 4 times now and still comes back any permanent fix ?

I don’t know of a permanent fix actually, sorry you’re having that issue consistently….Ive had to do it a couple times but over the span of like 3 years not multiple successions.
