Nice comparison between the 250 3/4 ton and 1 ton models sadly no V8 engines because of the unibody construction and European model

Do you know, is the 2000 lb GVWR difference towing coming from the dual with more cap. from the 2 extra wheels or is the also axle heavier duty? Also I see the heavy duty front axle is an option also on the build site...what might that spec do for stability, capacity, towing, tongue weight if anything? I need the highest tongue limit for a motorcycle rack. I see the EXT reduces rear axle limits by 200 lbs.
