Ford Transit Connect No Start No RPM Part 2 (installing used PCM using IDS)

This is a follow up to the Crank Sensor testing video where I identified that the vehicle had a bad PCM and was failing to calculate Engine RPM even though the signal from the Crank Sensor to it was good.
In this Video I use Ford IDS to install and progam a used PCM
