Nice work and description. Looking forward to the process. An alternate way to mark the holes in the boards, 2in masking tape along the wall over the rivnuts. Poke hole in masking tape thru the nut. Use the tape as a template and stick on the board. Drill thru the holes in the tape.

Love that you are using Rivnuts. Far superior way of install. This one shouldn't rattle loose like your Jayco did.

Really impressed with your ability to build a van for the first time. Have you looked at putting in bump outs in the back where the bed might go so you have a little more distance side to side? I think the fridge just a bit too big. You might end up swapping that out once you get further into the build. Can’t wait to see more. 😊
