The issue I had was trying to get the bumper off. There are no videos of how to remove the part of the bumper as you have.. Any chance you can add that video. Thanks.

They always record after the fact and not the actual swap. For me it's always the electrical connection removal they never show and I end up breaking the cheap plastic tabs 😂

Yes totally useless, I've just spent 15 minutes getting filthy trying to get the bumper off. The 2 screws come out easily enough (if you have a Torx screwdriver) but the bumper won't move.
