Ford TW30 and subsoiler

Great video! The TW30s were real workhorses. My grandfather managed a large farm (for the time) in the Mississippi Delta from 1973-1992, and the owner used nothing but Fords, except for a Massey Ferguson 4880 that he bought used in the mid-80s. One day around 1990, I watched his TW30 pull a 3 shank subsoiler, just across the turn row (and property line) from the neighboring farmer's CaseIH 2594, pulling an identical 3 shank subsoiler. The TW30 had no problems whatsoever, while the 2594 struggled in the same soil. I can still see it in my mind's eye. :)
