Thanks for the video. Just swapped a 8M5T-19G488-AN on my 2010 Mondeo with 8M5T-19C112-AS (£130 inc postage - Ebay) Worked first time. Had to remember that the modules only store 6 handsets so needed to debond the ones it came with (easy - through radio menu). Once that was done it picked up my phone and allowed it to bond. The additional features above streaming via bluetooth (which was the reason for the upgrade) included track name displayed on radio. On the phone menu it added contacts, last call, call missed and a couple of others. Very impressed. Many thanks for the clear video and clear guidance including BT model numbers.

@@spikerfeed2996 What if you don't have a USB feed? I'm pretty sure my Blaupunkt NX HU doesn't have it (the Combined SatNav/Climate unit). Mine's a 2008 Titanium. I'm guessing in othat instance, the module upgrade is the only way

The one I updated had a usb feed on the arm rest compartment (2009 titanium). I assume the only way around is the module upgrade yeah.

@@spikerfeed2996 No worries. I never realised there was a USB wire in the armrest (neither of my 2008s had it), So I'll investigate that as well for a tidier install. I've just bought a USB module (AR) ; The earlier car had an AF module I believe. My current Titanium had it removed due to another handsfree kit being installed prior to my ownership

It is exactly the same like the one in the video but with only 2 options. The bottom ones in the video - Fuel consumption and Settings. Oh and i got only two theme options, blue and brown.

Yes, A is the language code for English, M is the version code. I don't know if there are big differences between the versions, but as far as I know the 8M5T-19C112 has a mini usb slot on the side for updates. There are module which states 'with USB' but this needs more fitting than just plug and play if I recall correctly.

Even after 5 years I need to say my two cents on it: It doesn't matter as long as it is 8M5T-19C112-XY. The 'x' is the language code for voice control etc; A for English, B for German and so on. The 'y' is the version letter. I don't know if there are any big differences between the versions. The 8M5T-19C112 has a mini usb slot on the side for updates though as far as I know. If you want USB you should search for a modul which states 'with usb' - but caution this needs much more fitting than just plug'n'play.

Yes it will, chances are you won't have any module in place to start with. Mines is a 57 plate Tit X and never had one...think it was around 2009-2010 They came standard in Tit X. Just make sure you get the correct unit, more info can be found on Talk Ford website, they are a friendly bunch on there, I've been a member for years

Yes, I have it working on the Navi NX touch screen system in my 2009 tit x sport.. fitted it this very morning and got it working with Forscan software ;) One thing to remember, when you code the car just don't clear the DTC codes after, else the BT menu disappears again :) I used the Ford Focus Bluetooth Voice Box Module Novero 8M5T-19C112-AT

The 8M5T-19C112 should have a mini usb port on the side for updating purpose. Try to update it. Is it exactly 8M5T-19C112 with no extra tag 'with USB'? The 'with USB' needs more fitting because this refers to the Sound & Connect package which needs a filter, new wires etc. and isn't as plug and play as the other modules as far as I understood. Maybe you need to change something with an ELM adapter and ELMConfig but this needs more reading. I am not quite sure if this is really needed, because it should be plug and play though.
