If you want to Slow the video down find the sprocket PICTURE in the corner of your screen you may have to tap on it to get the sprocket to pop up and change your **PLAYBACK SPEED TO .5**

You should be able to watch the videos that I have out on the 1.5 L and figure that out with the videos that I have honestly I cannot do just a special video for that especially seeing as I don't have a reason to be doing that repair right now

Go through the library and look at 1.5 L EcoBoost or even if you got to put it in the search engine I talk about the cylinder heads and everything showing how to put the different buckets for the different valve lash size
