I had the same problem with my nuffield but I got it running your right it should run on 3 cylinders. The first thing to do is undo where the injector pipe fits on the pump there is a spring and valve which is stuck in the top of the pump pull it out clean it and put it back in it should move freely and put back together and try out one of the over injectors if the injector is faulty screw them apart the needle is stuck in the seat pull the needle out clean it and put it back in same as pump next step find the timing marks on the flywheel through the timing mark hole find the timing mark BEFORE tdc then look at the pump pumping element number one should be just starting to move as the flywheel is moving towards tdc mark if not turn the crank 360 deg check pump again if still not take off the rocker cover and look at the rockers turn the engine backwards a1/4 of a turn both valves should be right up if not turn engine 360 dag in dierection of running now turn engine until timing mark apears on flywheel the one befor the tdc mark look at pumping element nomber 1 it should be just starting to move what I would do now is carry out a spill port timing of the pump there are a couple of vids on KZbin on how to do it look for bmc engine spill port timing it's a different engine I no but the poroseger is the same as yours the timing only has to be out as little as 10 deg and it will not run I hope this helps.

You should have popped the excess fuel button and then spun it over to see if it atomized the injector
