Oh man,,here in the UK we had 3 Fordson Majors,1 with a loader on it. Fantastic machines..Easy to drive,easy to work on,,just a great tractor.. Fantastic video. 💯👍💯👍

Brilliant reminded me of my youth ,a local contractor with all majors ,be interesting to see te difference in fuel use after a days work between the major and the john deere ,i know where y moneys going great job thanks

thats hard case the old Gallagher mean machines in their day and trailers remember those days where you farming in nz? how many staff /cows etc love videos

We are farming in Waihi, yep I milk by my self normally. It’s just me and my wife and my dad help through calving and mating in the cowshed. 240 cows OAD. Thanks for the questions

@@FamilyFarmingandFun yep. We had our rotors running at around 2300rpm from memory. Never had any gearbox trouble. Even with 200hp ... Lol and an 8mtr rake . Went to a loader wagon season after that video. Was a shame my offsider that day didn't turn his massey off to take the video.
