​@FordUK Hi Penny, Thank you for your reply! I have a C-Max 1.1 Titanium Eco boost. It has Sync3 with navigation. But it has no connectivity! I cannot update my navigation, as WiFi is not powerful enough to reach my vehicle, I have tried downloading the update to my USB stick, but it did not work when I plugged it into the USB port. I have asked my local Ford dealer if they could do the update, but they refused as it takes too long! It would have been better to put a hidden modem in all vehicles to allow the use of this tech, if user wish to utilise it. I have connected my mobile phone to my sync and that works for calls and messages. But it will not let me load apps to vehicle like Fordpass. Sorry if I am harping on but it is frustrating that not all Sync equipped vehicle aren't able to be use effectively! Have a great day Vic

Maybe you need to produce a video on how to keep your vehicles with wet belts moving. This is obviously a common fault with you reducing the service interval from 150,000 miles/10 years to 100,000 miles/6 years for this component. My 2020 Transit has had a wet belt fail at way below this mileage and has full dealer service history. Despite this, Ford head office have offered a 'gesture of goodwill' contribution of £119.36 on a repair bill of over £1.5k! How is this justified considering the vehicle's age and how common the issue is? To anyone reading this considering buying a Ford, especially a Transit that you rely on for work, DON'T BUY FORD! Look at the other groups with thousands of members and how Ford are avoiding their corporate responsibilities. Money talks and they don't care
