When you disconnect like Poob did at 15:00 minutes in, all you can do is wait it out and hope you don't get killed by someone. Eventually you will reconnect it could take a few minutes or longer if you're unlucky. A few days ago I was chasing a team who had bounties and one of them disconnected I killed him and took the bounty. Free easy money but I feel bad for the dude.
