Good explaination but Russia always had orthodox majority. The major reason of Pakistan's joining Russian block was to avoid Russian Expansion or Russian colonisation. There was no western affection becuz Pakistan just got the freedom from British colonialism. Also USA had more alliances. At that time the best for Pakistan is to join USA block.
