Great video, as always. On a related note, how about in the case of a U.S. LLC that owns assets in the U.S but has a foreign investor as one of the partners/members? Can the foreign investor set up a Trust in the U.S. that would be the "owner" of the LLC

Hi Mark. If someone made significant W2 income (>450K) and they also have a rental. What qualifies as "active" real estate investor instead of passive? I get mixed answers about this with some accountants saying you should be passive otherwise its a red flag and others saying you can be active if you "made decisions" about the property.

Sometimes foreign countries don’t recognize US LLCs for liability. Need to be careful of thst
