Wow, as per your techniques, my chart is so coincidence with first two points , capricorn ascendant and 7th lord moon in 7th house d1 is conjunction with 12th lord jupiter in d9 5th house, also I have 9th lord mercury in conjunction with 7th lord moon in 7th house, d1 chart. Only one thing, mild malefic planet sun is also in conjunction with above positions houses in both chart d1 amd d9. I am 29 and still single, but but I am currently residing in foreign lands US which is thousands miles away from my birth place. Saturn rules my life as he's in mooltrikone in 2nd house d1. To get a different background spouse Rahu must have some influence in your chart to be sure of that. In my case Jupiter is aspecting the 7th house in the D1&D9 meaning it's most likely same background because Jupiter wants us to follow our family Tradition.

I would say yes because of the Rahu placements. Like you have Rahu in the 7 th house (D1) and Rahu in Pisces (D9) which Pisces is the natural 12th House.

Yes, I have seen charts without 12th lord or house involvement, and I have seen some charts with 7th lord in 12th which didn’t lead to foreign spouse but in divorce. The placements you said is enough for the foreign thing.
