Hi All, if anyone don't know how to upload foreign logo with address while applying foreign verification, just copy your respective country logo and address from Google and paste it in a word(logo followed by address) and convert in to . jpg or .Pdf file and upload. Its easy.

Just call them between 2 to 5 pm. For Texas while applying just do with the address provided . They will update it once they receive the application. I called the nursing council for same purpose for verification of Licence for State of Texas. They told me to fill the same address provided.They will send directly through email. Hope this helps.

Hai! I had registered for California Board of nursing. They had send me few forms to fill up which are to be send to the school of nursing or college of nursing and to the medical council. There were different forms like foreign verification English translation etc. i just uploaded the foreign verification form filled and signed by mewhich had the logo and address of California board of nursing. TNMC accepted it. You can try it if you have not registred yet.

You need to renew your registration with Tamil nadu nursing council and make it active otherwise you need to get surrender certificate. I had lot of trouble with this but finally done
